As an HVAC Installer, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure our clients enjoy optimal comfort and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Perform accurate and efficient installations of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems, adhering to design specifications and industry standards.
  • Equipment Setup: Assemble and install HVAC equipment, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of installed systems, identify and troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs or adjustments for optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate installations, share expertise, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their questions and concerns while providing exceptional service.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities, including equipment specifications and any modifications made.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a track record of successful installations in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, understanding HVAC systems, and utilizing hand and power tools for installations and repairs.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as EPA 608, is preferred.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and friendly manner.

As an HVAC Technician, you will be an integral part of our service department, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Your technical expertise will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our clients’ heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, conduct thorough inspections, and perform accurate repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Routine Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components, to prevent system failures and prolong equipment life.
  • Installation Support: Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, collaborating with installation teams to ensure proper setup and functionality.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain repair processes, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities, accurately documenting parts used and work performed.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members, offering expertise on system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong background in diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC systems, utilizing diagnostic tools, and performing repairs on various components, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as EPA 608, is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally to clients and team members.

As an HVAC Fabricator, you will be a crucial part of our fabrication team, responsible for creating and assembling various components of HVAC systems. Your expertise in fabrication techniques and attention to detail will ensure the production of high-quality components that contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication: Utilize sheet metal and other materials to fabricate HVAC components, including ductwork, fittings, and structural elements, following design specifications and industry standards.
  • Assembly: Assemble fabricated components into complete HVAC systems, ensuring accurate alignment, proper fitting, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Reading Blueprints: Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on fabricated and assembled components to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers, installation teams, and other fabricators to ensure seamless coordination and efficient production processes.
  • Tool Operation: Operate a variety of fabrication tools and equipment, such as shears, brakes, welding machines, and saws, in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Fabricator or similar role, with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication for HVAC systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using fabrication tools and equipment, reading blueprints, and understanding HVAC system components.
  • Precision and Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of components.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with engineers, installers, and other fabricators.
  • Safety Conscious: Adherence to safety protocols and practices in all aspects of fabrication work.
